Sizable Addition – Project Complete

A Nordic-Inspired Home renovated in Sandy Springs, is successfully completed by RIAANS DESIGNS, a project marked by collaboration, and clarity.

This blog is a follow-up to our earlier post introducing the sizable additions to the property. Now, with construction complete, we’re thrilled to share that the homeowners are overjoyed with the final result—and we couldn’t be more proud of how it all came together.

What made this build stand out was the strong partnership between contractor and client. Regular communication, mutual respect, and a shared understanding that building – though rooted in science – is not always an exact science, made for a smooth and rewarding process. The homeowners’ realistic, gracious approach to the inevitable complexities of construction was a true asset to the project.

Their vision? A home inspired by Nordic design – simple, functional, and deeply connected to nature. The interiors feature warm oak and birch accents, large windows that flood each space with natural light, and a calming palette of natural hues and subtle patterns. The result is a peaceful, modern home that reflects the couple’s taste and lifestyle perfectly.
